Almost everything that might summarise Central Otago in a glass with an attractive bouquet of ripe red berry fruits, a core of savoury complexity and myriad dry spices. Still developing with a youthful loudness and charming tones. Raspberry and black cherry, bracken and clove, sage and thyme with plum and black currant. Dry, firm, taut and youthful with a firm mouthfeel and plenty of acidity for power and to carry the flavours of red berries and dried savoury qualities that reflect the bouquet. Lengthy and well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2035.
