Wooing Tree Rosé 2025, Central Otago

Bright and ripe, fresh and fruity with a core of fruits from apricot to plum, to cherry and raspberry leaf. A satin texture touches the palate with fruit flavours reflecting the nose, an off-dry style with some sweetness and ripeness of fruit with acidity and some fine fruit tannins for texture and contrast. Well made with a decent length in a ready to drink style. Best from 2026 through 2027.
