Seifried Grüner Veltliner 2026, Nelson

Very nice bouquet with impact and style. Varietal with a nose of citrus and green apple, there’s a classic white herb and peppery scent then pineapple and white peach, citrus peel and crumbled stone. Just dry as the wine touches the palate, a satin texture and nice bite from the acid line. Persistent and fresh, peppery and herbaceous seams, the core is fresh fruits and mineral with a saline quality. Well made, lengthy and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2031+. An excellent alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.
