Crisp and dry, a fruit core of citrus and pomaceous fruits, a bold backbone of acidity and saline salivating qualities. Crunchy, and fresh, packed with fruit flavours leading to a persistent lengthy finish. Well made with best drinking from late 2027 through 2033. A perfect selection with fresh oysters, mussels of shell fish dishes.
