A wine made in an amphora can deliver a unique expression with mineral and site as well as purity of fruit story lines. This is an absolute lovely wine with purity of fruit and a sense of site. Aromas and flavours of apple and grapes, green gauge plums and peaches. Crisp and dry, lots of texture with a chalky seam through the acid line. Nice weight and intensity with persistent flavours and lengthy tapering finish. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2032.
