A delicious wine with a frame of stone fruits and pear, apple and nectarine then spices from barrel and synergies from bottle settling and development. Complex and intriguing. A full-bodied wine on the palate with a satin touch, medium+ acid line and core fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. Fig and some baked pineapple fold in along with grapefruit and a caramel smoky wood quality. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
