A wine that always punches above its weight with a pungent bouquet of white flowers and tropical fruits, white pineapple and fresh cape gooseberry, citrus peel and fresh herbs. A just dry wine with a tickle of sweetness, the backbone of acidity salivates leaving behind a saline quality as well as framing the core flavours of citrus and gooseberry. Well made and rather delicious with best drinking from late 2026 through 2030.
