Aromas and flavours of sweet green pear and apple, white spice and honeysuckle floral highlights. Crisp and dry, a satin texture and backbone of acidity framing the fruits and adding to a fine chalky mealy mouthfeel with some power surges of fruit along the way power. Textured and lengthy, well made and ready to drink from mid 2027 through 2031+.
