Aromas and flavours of fresh pink grapefruit and fine lees, a mix of pomaceous and citrus, white pineapple and fruit spices. A layer of dry and wet stone minerals, some saline effect and white flowers. Balanced, well made, crunchy, fresh and dry and leesy on the finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2031+.
