A delicious wine from start to finish, the voice of site is clear with a saline and mineral seam that speaks to clays and stone. Aromas and flavours of fresh pear and apple, white fleshed stone fruits and blossoms. There’s an energy to this wine that electrifies the acid line and keeping the wine taut and poised. Fine tannins and a light lees along with the acidity deliver a wine of tension and poise, quite Chablis like in nature with a mineral core that keeps giving. Lengthy with persistent fruit flavours and length. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2034+.
