Dicey Chardonnay 2024, Bannockburn, Central Otago

An excellent bouquet and palate, a wine of poise and richness, but not too much, scents and flavours of blossoms and white peach, fresh and baked apple then a fine savoury quality. The voice of oak is judicious and well placed with flavours of baking spice and mild toasty wood suggestions. Dry, fine fruit and wood tannins with a fine lees quality. Well made and delicious, best drinking from day of purchase through 2032.
