Varietal, pure, ripe and fresh with a fragrant and semi-aromatic bouquet of white flowers and green pear, layers of white spice and apple, some quince and lees all fold into the bouquet seamlessly. A silky touch on the palate with contrasting acid line and mineral effect leads to flavours of pomaceous fruits and and yellow apple, some lemon and leesy complexities. Balanced and well made with best drinking from 2026 through 2029.
