A bouquet of ripe white fleshed fruits with layers of citrus, peel and pith, then a floral frame of peach blossom. Medium++ weight wine on the palate with a satin-cream mouthfeel followed by flavours of apple and stone fruits, a fine layer of wood spice and clay earth ideas. A fine-boned wine that needs just a little more cellar time to fully harmonize and develop. Balanced and well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
