Floral and fruity with a varietal core of white apricot and apple, there’s a floral seam with a gentle white herb quality, some baconlike oak ideas and minerality suggesting stone and silty soils. Quite delicious on the palate with a satin-cream mouthfeel, contrasting acid line and core fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. Balanced, dry on the finish, varietal and well made. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
