A very attractive bouquet of fresh lees and oatmeal, some dry biscuit the ripe pomaceous fruit of pears and apple, some floral moments and mineral undertones. Crisp and dry, nicely complex and balanced with a backbone of acidity and moderate alcohol, flavours of apples and pears then citrus ring. As the wine warm it becomes even more appealing and delicious. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2032.
