Bob 'short for Kate' Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2025, Marlborough

A distinctive expression framing apple and lemon pith with a leesy and very floral statement. As the wine opens out in glass the scents of yellow gooseberry and golden kiwi begin to emerge, then some peach and nettles. Crisp and salivating, quite dry with a tickle of sweetness to offset the salivating acid line. Drink nicely from day of purchase through 2028.
