There’s a fine flinty quality, grapefruit and a silty stone mineral suggestion. Completely delicious, fresh, textured and dry with flavours that reflect the bouquet, medium+ acid line and lengthy finish. A wine that will continue to deliver as it builds more complexity form bottle age. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2034+.
