An excellent bouquet of fresh red berries and dried herbs, there’s a savoury quality, lots of olive and brine then blackberry and bitter chocolate, violets and barrel spice layers. Complex, youthful and new. A dry, fuller-bodied expression with a power texture and core flavours of dark berries, some plum, lots of spice and earthy voices from stone to sand, sea spray to violet. Ripe, lengthy, fruity, detailed and varietal. A lovely example for drinking alongside food or in your cellar for a while. Best drinking from 2029 through 2035+.
