A distinctive bouquet with a long list of scents from sweet pomaceous fruits to to funky late harvest ripe fruits, yellow apple, some candy, honey and a bouquet of sweet-scented flowers. Full-bodied, thick and creamy sweet and syrupy texture then contrasting acid line. Flavours of ripe tree fruit and honey-laced stone fruits especially apricot then baked apples and some white spice. Well made, very specific and lengthy. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
