A lovely bouquet of fresh white peach and lees, an oatmeal and biscuity quality, apple and citrus pith. Crisp, saline, dry and firm with a plush mousse, fine to moderate bubble and lots of charm. Flavours of citrus and apple, grapefruit and white fleshed stone fruits are framed by a distinctive acid line and length. Well made, ready to drink and perfect as an aperitif or with fresh, crunchy fare. Oyster are an easy suggestion. Best form day of purchase through 2032.
