Misty Cove Wines Landmark Series Pinot Noir 2025, Marlborough

Very nice fruit intensity with core aromas and flavours of dark plum and black cherry layered with fruit spice and a leesy quality. A mix of dried herb and gentle wood spices, a whisper of smoke and meat then back to red berry fruits. Dry with fine to moderate tannins elevate the mouthfeel and add to the finish. Well made, still developing with best drinking from late2027 through 2031.
