Linden Estate Late Harvest Aromatics 2025, Hawke's Bay

Made with 51% Gewürztraminer & 49% Sauvignon Blanc the bouquet is both pungent and spice, and floral fruity rich. Flavours of apricots and cider apples, green kiwi and apricot juice. Silky smooth with contrasting acidity, flavours of stone and tree fruits, some tropical then flowers and spices. An off-dry wine with plenty of sugar sweetness, though not too much, great with dishes that have a little spice or ginger pudding with lashings of vanilla ice-cream.
