A delicious wine driven by a core of ripe dark red berry fruit flavours, Doris plum skin and a fine savoury quality. There’s also a foundation of mineral earth accentuated by lees, acidity and an abundance of fine tannins. Excellent mouthfeel, ripeness and pinosity, a persistent flavours profile of dark cherry and plum, there’s a lees and nut oak seam adding complexity and depth, all leading to a dry and textured finish. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2033.
