Very polished appearance with hues of green, silver and pale yellow. The bouquet is distinctive and fresh with scents of quince and citrus, some stone fruits and apple framed by a layer of fruit spice, lees and a distinctive mineral saline suggestion. Delicious on the palate with a silk touch then a surge of acidity and mineral, lees and fruit and complexity. Persistent flavours add to a decent length with some floral moments on the finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+.
