Varietal with red cherry and strawberry, a developing scent package of red and brown soil then five spice and dried flowers. A balanced, dry wine with flavours that mirror the bouquet, medium acid line and length and fine tannins for mouthfeel. A nice food wine with best drinking from day of purchase through late 2027.
