The Ned 'Skyscraper' Pinot Noir 2024, Marlborough

A delicious wine with core flavours of boysenberry and blackcurrant framed by textures from firm youthful tannins with lots of polish and a backbone of acidity. As the wine opens out in glass the flavours and textures begin to broaden with a mix of spices and lees suggestion clove and a light smokey quality. Well made and needing some cellar time with best drinking from 2027 through 2033.
