OTU Limited Release Chardonnay 2025, Hawke's Bay

Classic Chardonnay bouquet of fresh peaches and grapefruit peel, other scents of barrel spice and some new wood woven with a leesy add complexity and intensity. A dry wine with a near full-bodied mouthfeel contrasted by core fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet, some fine fruit and wood tannins are enhanced by the acid line. Youthful and well made with best drinking from 2027 through 2031.
