Giesen Sauvignon Blanc Spritz, New Zealand

A very spritz and fizzy drink with a fruity core of pineapple and lemon, then apple and a lick of fruit spice. There’s a super fine lees moment then flavours of grapes and ginger. Lots of plump fizz and mousse bubbles and a crisp acid line. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
