Tohu 'One' Pinot Noir 2023, Single Vineyard, Marlborough

A complete wine driven by scents of site and time with savoury edged dark red berries and plum, hay and stone, clay and black currant leaf. Dry, taut and youthful with a squeeze of polished tannins and backbone of acidity. Flavours on the palate reflect the bouquet and are at the core of flavour and length with abundant textures and flavours from place and winemaking, judicious use of oak soaks the fruit easily. Well made with best drinking from late 2027 through 2034.
