With 10 years on lees since March 5th, 2015, and disgorged May 19th 2025, this wine is impressive with a bouquet of deep and lasting autolysis, lemon peel and roasted yellow stone fruits, there’s complexity and a gentle oxidative quality. Dry with a very fine mousse attached leading to flavours of lees and oatmeal, baked goods and stone fruits, citrus and a mineral earthy quality and finishing with a sea spray moment. Balanced and well made with a lengthy finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
