Linden Estate Destination Series 'Dam Block' 2024, Hawke's Bay

A Merlot and Cabernet Franc dominant blend with a bouquet of roasted Doris plums and blackcurrant with a mix of violets and black olive, a fine leafy tobacco quality then wood. The small portion of Cabernet Sauvignon delivers a measure of blackberry and fruit spice. A dry and delicious wine on the palate with persistent flavours framed by polished firm tannins and acidity for salivation and freshness. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2034.
