Immediately inviting bouquet of lime and lemon, roses and green apple framed by a light mineral quality and youthful urgency. On the palate a dry wine with a backbone of acidity, there’s a tickle of sweetness enhanced by the ripe pomaceous and citrus fruits core. Delicious, fresh and lengthy in an aperitif style and excellent with crunchy fresh fare and salty seafood. Best drinking from 2026 through 2033+.
