A delicate pink hue leads to a bouquet of blossoms and flowers, there’s a lees and white spice quality then aromas of pears and apple, some citrus and raspberry leaf. A dry wine with a chalky texture and backbone of acidity and flavours that reflect the bouquet of pomaceous and citrus fruits with an echo of white fleshed stone fruit. Nice level of purity and style with best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
