Spy Valley Wines 'N Block' Nouveau Pinot Noir 2025, Marlborough

Very bright, red and raspberry hues with a light silver polish lead to a bouquet of red cherries and yellow plums, there’s a rose floral suggestions and a light raspberry bubble-gum idea - perhaps from some whole berry fermentation. Youthful, fruity expression on the palate with flavours of cherries and berries suggested in the bouquet. Very fine fruit led tannins, some mineral qualities and balanced even finish. Best drinking from late 2026 through 2029+. Can be served chilled.
