Tohu Merlot 2024, Hawke's Bay

A classic wine with a bouquet of red and dark plums, clay and stone with layers of spice form fruit and winemaking and a touch of wood. On the palate a dry wine with flavours of plum and dark berries, some whispers of baking spice then textures from tannins and acidity. A balanced and even flavoured wine with texture and moderate length. Well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2029.
