Mount Four Reserve Pinot Noir 2024, Marlborough

A distinctive and quite powerful wine with a bouquet of cherry and savoury earthy ideas, stone and dried clay, some dried herb and a mic of fruit and barrel spices. A dry wine on the palate, a bold texture driven attach with firm tannins and plenty of acidity framing core fruit flavours of cherry and berry. Youthful and poised for ageing with development and settling time needed. Best drinking from 2028 through 2035.
