It’s really hard to find a Chablis of quality priced at under NZ$50.00. Well, here it is. Aromas and flavours of fresh apple and lemon, there’s a light chalky soil suggestion with a mineral under-currant of flint and spice. A gentle lees quality and white flowers add complexity and some depth. Balanced and well made, dry and fresh with persistent flavours of citrus and white fleshed orchard fruits especially apple. Best drinking from ay of purchase through 2029. Be sure to drink this around 12 degrees Celsius to highlight the core fruits and delicacy.
