A deep core of purple and ruby with a pink rim leads to aromas and flavours of Doris plums and other blue fruits then blackberry and a light smoky oak and earth qualities. A dry wine with fine to moderate tannins and medium+ acid line framing core fruit flavours of dark plums and blackberry fruits. There’s a seam of vanilla and cinnamon then earthy dark soil and stone suggestions. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2030.
