Wooing Tree 'Tickled Pink' 2025, Central Otago

Aromas and flavours of red cherry and apple, there’s a sweet grapefruit peel idea and a mix of candy-like scents and honeyed orchard fruits. Creamy textures touch the palate simultaneously with a rush of residual sweetness and contrasted by acidity then fruit flavours. Well made and ready to drink. Perfect pairing with soups that have some increased spice levels, I can think of Mexican foods and baked salmon dishes that this wine will pair well with. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
