Pā Road Chardonnay 2025, Marlborough

A very nice example of Chardonnay with a bouquet of fresh yellow peaches and apple then a fine seam of grapefruit and baking spices laced with a touch of lees for complexity. A dry to just dry wine on the palate, a creamy mouthfeel and decent thread of acidity to fame and carry flavours of stone fruits and apple, then citrus and spice. These adds in mouthfeel and some complexity on the finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2027+. Serve cool, not fridge cold, with or without food.
