Waiata Vineyards Riesling 2025, North Canterbury

Flavours of red and green apple, citrus peel and green melon, a wine of crispness and freshness, a nice strong in the acid line, salivating and dry o the finish. While there’s a tickle of residual sweet the fruit and acid line deliver a wine in an aperitif style and food friendly attributes. Perhaps best served alongside flounder fillets with a lemon bitter sauce and mint.
