Dicey Pinot Gris 2025, Bannockburn, Central Otago

A crisp, dry style with a nod to a Grigio style whilst showing the freshness and taut power of Central Otago fruit. Pear and apple, some citrus peel and mineral qualities. The phenolics of this wine speak volumes about the style and youth whilst voicing pomaceous fruits and mouthfeel qualities surrounded and delivered by acidity and mineral. A leesy seam adds complexity and length. Best drinking from late 2026 through 2030.
