A delicious and inviting wine with a striking bouquet of limes and green apples, fresh quince and a soft sherbet seam. An off dry expression with an immediate and intense acid line delivering contrast and backbone. Fruit flavours remain persistent, there’s a fine chalky leesy seam that also carries a mineral quality into and through the wine. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2035.
