Akarua Dry Riesling 2025, Bannockburn, Central Otago

A lovely example, aromas and flavours of lime, mandarin and lime flower. A taut, dry wine with a backbone of acidity, ripe core of fruits and balanced, even and quite lengthy finish. As the wine opens out in glass the flavours of fresh red apple and lime skin become more accentuated. Well made with best drinking from 2027 through 2033+.
