Toi Toi Pinot Noir 2025, Clutha, Central Otago

Bright, floral, youthful and lifted with aromas of fresh roses and cherries, there’s a mix of fresh and sour red apple, a fine stony soil suggestion and a light touch of lees and wood. A dry wine touches the palate with a taut mouthfeel and decent acid line - still youthful needing some more development time - flavours reflect the bouquet framed by fine tannins and acid crunch. Well made with best drinking from 2027 through 2032.
