Fabulous bouquet of ripe CO red berry fruits, blackcurrant and purple cherry flesh, there’s a fine savoury and dried herb seam then clay and some wood smoke and spices. A dry wine touches the palate with a taut youthful mouthfeel driven by polished tannins and backbone of acidity. Lots of polish and signatures of place through the core fruit and savoury elements. Lengthy, complex and delicious, a wine to enjoy best from 2030 through 2040.
