A lovely bouquet filled with fragrances of rose and violet that lead to scents of wild cherry and boysenberry then baking spices, a dusty clay earth quality and complexity. On the palate a wine of texture and power, fine tannins, spine of acidity and core red fruit flavours of plum and cherry then a mineral saline quality. The 14% whole bunch and 15% new French oak layers in scents, flavours and textures of dried herb and baking spices. A wine that is perfect for food, ready to drink from 2027 through 2034+.
