Terrace Edge Pinot Noir 2024, North Canterbury

An enticing bouquet, varietal, earthy and fruity with scents of dark roses and clay earth then dark skinned cherry flesh and boysenberries. Dry and gently taut, plenty of tannins and acidity framing the core fruit and spice detail. As the wine opens out in glass the the flavours become more intertwined creating some synergies with a meaty quality and more baked goods spices. Clove and vanilla, earth and lees, a wine that is ready to drink from day of purchase through 2034.
