An expressive bouquet of wild forest flowers and lime then green apple and honeysuckle. Youthful, lively and nicely complex. An off-dry wine touches the palates with a rush of sweetness then contrasting acidity balances the wine revealing flavours of white fleshed pomaceous fruits, lime and mandarin then honeysuckle, a touch of ginger and mineral. Well made with medium+ length. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2032.
