Aromatic and enticing bouquet of fresh and baked pomaceous fruits, there’s seam of citrus then ;ees and apple blossoms. Youthful and evolving complexity. A just dry wine touches the palate with a floral seam leading to flavours of red and golden delicious apples, lemon, quince and citrus pith then a chalky stony soil quality. A backbone of acidity frames the fruit with a saline mineral theme alongside the fruit. Well made, still very youthful with plenty of cellar time ahead. Ready to drink from day of purchase though better from 2029 through 2035+.
